Overview

Redeem in 3 simple steps:

	Complete the redemption form and submit it to RHB Bank for processing. Please provide valid email address as a MOLPoints Serial Number and PIN will be emailed to you.
	Once your redemption form is processed, you will receive an email with a MOLPoints Serial Number and PIN within 7 working days.
	Go to https://mol.com and login to your MOLPoints account. Click on Reload Now under RHB Redemption and enter the Serial Number and PIN.

Terms and Conditions:

• Redemption can only be processed with sufficient Reward Points from your RHB Credit Card.
• Email address must be valid. In the event of invalid/incorrect email, the Reward Points will not be refunded once redemption are successfully processed.
• Redemption forms submitted without an email address will not be processed.
• You will need to be a registered MOL member with a MOLPoints account in order to reload with the Serial Number and PIN.
• Your MOLPoints Serial Number and PIN will expire in 12 months from the date of email. Extensions will not be allowed.
• Your Serial Number and PIN can only be sent once to the email address given on the redemption form.
• All redemptions are subject to RHB Bank’s Reward Redemptions Terms & Conditions.
