• This Promotion is valid from 1 May 2019 till 30 June 2019, both dates inclusive (""Promotion Period"").
• This Promotion is organised by WeChat Pay Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (""WeChat Pay MY"") and is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• *Any WeChat Pay MY Wallet user (“User”) can use WeChat to scan a designated QR code displayed in a store of Starbucks and receive a coupon of RM5.00 (the use of which will be subject to a minimum spending of RM8.00) during the Promotion Period (“Promo 1”). 
• A User can participate in Promo 1 only once and get up to 1 coupon during the Promotional Period. 
• **Separately, a User can receive a coupon of a random amount up to RM9.90 (the use of which will be subject to a minimum spending of an amount that is dependent on the value of the coupon obtained) through WeChat’s Shake Bonus when he/she spends a minimum of RM5.00 in a store of Starbucks during the Promotion Period (“Promo 2”, together with Promo 1, the “Promotion”).
• A User can participate in Promo 2 and get up to 1 coupon per day during the Promotional Period.
• A coupon will be valid for 7 days upon the date of receipt (inclusive). 
• The Promotion is on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
• A User can participate in more than one promotion as long as he satisfies the eligibility requirements for such promotions. 
• Only one coupon can be used in a transaction. If a User has more than one coupon in his WeChat Pay MY Wallet, the coupon with the highest value will be automatically consumed. If there are more than one coupon of the same value in the WeChat Pay MY Wallet, the coupon which expires sooner will be automatically consumed.
• If a refund takes place, a User will only be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid by him but not the value of the coupon.
• If a User obtains and/or uses a coupon by fraud or misconduct, WeChat Pay reserves the right to disqualify the User from participating in the Promotion and/or using the coupon.
• WeChat Pay MY reserves the right to withhold, restrict or deny any Users from enjoying this Promotion if it considers any possibility of fraud or misconduct. WeChat Pay MY’s decision is final in the event of dispute regarding all matters relating to this Promotion.
• WeChat Pay MY reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time. 
• By participating in the Promotion, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agrees that WeChat Pay MY may use its personal data for this Promotion.
