Terms & Conditions
- Valid from 1st Jan 2018 to 31st Dec 2018 for payment made with Citi cards.
- All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and GST 0%. Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 nett per room per night is applicable to non - Malaysians and the amount is to be collected by the resort on behalf of the government upon check-in.
- Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance prior to the arrival date & subject to room availability.
- No refunds are allowed for cancellations, no show or shorten of stay once room reservation has been confirmed.
- Surcharge of RM150 nett per room per night will be applicable for full Sea View room. Additional charge for 3rd and 4th person in the same room at RM65.00++ per adult per night incusive of 1 breakfast.
- Children aged 4-12 years old are chargeable at RM32.50++ per child per night.
- Not valid for ongoing promotions, offer vouchers, privileges or group reservation (5 rooms & above).
