2.   All seats availability are based on first-come-first-served basis, subject to all Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon Terms and Conditions and  policies applicable to purchase of flight ticket(s).

3.   Payment must be made with an HSBC/HSBC Amanah credit card/-I.

4.   All flight tickets are for return-trip basis to each selected destination, for departure from either Kuala Lumpur or Penang International Airports.

6.   Peak season surcharges are applicable to selected travel dates (01-08 February 2019, 22-27 March 2019, 18 May-06 June 2019) as per Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon terms & conditions.

7.   Flight bookings must be made in accordance to the passenger’s passport name only and no name amendment is permitted.

8.   For Economy Class 'O' subclass flight tickets, no changes whatsoever are permitted and no refund value is allowed under this offer (inclusive of no-show). 

9.   For Economy Class 'N/Q' subclass and Business Class flight tickets:-

(a) any request for change from no stopover flight to stopover flight is subject to a fee of RM600 (Economy Class 'N/Q' subclass) and RM900 (Business Class) per person per change and any request for change must be made before the scheduled flight departure;

(b) any request for change in flight date and/or flight time is subject to a fee of RM300 (Economy Class 'N/Q' subclass) and RM600 (Business Class) per person per change and any request for change must be made before the scheduled flight departure;

(c) any request for change in flight date and/or flight time in the event the passenger fails to board the scheduled flight (including no-show) is subject to a fee of RM650 (Economy Class 'N/Q' subclass) and RM1200 (Business Class) per person per change;

(d) any request for cancellation in the event the passenger fails to board the scheduled flight (including no-show) is subject to a fee of RM950 (Economy Class 'N/Q' subclass) and RM1700 (Business Class) per person per change; and

(e) strictly no refund is allowed under this offer.
