4.   Children aged 24 months to 11 years old will pay 75% of adult fare while infants pay 10% of adult fare.

5.   All seats availability are based on first-come-first-serve basis. Offers are subject to peak season and blackout dates.

6.   Purchase must be made at least 3 days before departure date.

7.   A service fee of RM250 per ticket is applicable for Economy and Premium Economy tickets and RM350 per ticket for Business Class tickets.

8.   For any cancellation made after ticket issuance, a ticket cancellation fee of RM300 (penalty) and RM75 (documentation and processing fee) will be charged.

9.   For reissuance of ticket due to change on flight date or time made within 3 days before departure, there will be a reissuance fee of RM300 (penalty) and RM75 (reissuance fee) which will be charged together with any applicable airport tax difference.

10. Should the ticket holder not turn up to board the flight on the booked flight departure day, a no-show fee of RM300 and related cancellation and documentation fee will be charged, subject to Holiday Travel & Tours general policies applicable to flight ticket(s).

11. Airfare prices are excluding the taxes and fuel surcharges and departure from KLIA.

12. The offers are only applicable for HSBC/HSBC Amanah debit/credit card/-i cardholder and the payment must be made with HSBC/HSBC Amanah debit/credit card/-i.
