2. Redemptions are exclusively for HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Cardholders only.
3. Card holders are REQUIRED to spend using their HSBC credit cards to be eligible to redeem gifts. 
4. Purchases made using HSBC Debit cards are not eligible for redemptions. 
5. Gifts are redeemable at LG Oval @ HSBC redemption counter only. 
6. Limited to ONE redemption per customer per day. 
7. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase and in 1 Utama Shopping Centre only. 
8. Redemptions are subject to stock availability. No disputes will be entertained in the event the items are fully redeemed. 
9. Redemption gift are strictly NOT for sale and/or re-sale and are NOT exchangeable for cash or other items. 
10. Receipt(s) are valid for one time redemption use only. 
11. Receipts from Parkson, Jaya Grocer, ONE World Hotel, money changers, ATM withdrawals using HSBC cards, bill payments (Maxis, Digi, etc). AEON, installment plan payments, deposit payments, cards reloads, purchases of gift cards, or any form of cash/shopping vouchers are NOT eligible for redemptions. 
12. Payments using e-Wallets, top ups, 1Pay, TNG are NOT eligible for redemption. 
13. Shopper are required to provide their personal data for validation and verification purposes during redemptions. 
14. Redemption staff reserves the right to request for purchased products for verification purposes when necessary.
