11. The eligibility for this package shall be advised by the attending fertility specialist after completing the initial fertility assessment or medical screening.  

12. Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists reserves the right to replace the drugs or protocols other than the above-mentioned items to suit patient’s individual conditions at any time as determined by Alpha IVF & Women’s Specialists.

13. In the event that stimulation has to be abandoned due to medical condition or poor ovarian response as recommended by the fertility specialist, the package will be converted into the itemized bill and thereafter, the unused services will be refunded to the patient, subjected to an administration fee (up to 3%). This excludes any unused drugs which are strictly non-refundable. 

14. This package is valid with fresh transfer only. 

15. Convertible to frozen embryo transfer with FET Package of RM4,800.00 and embryo freezing & maintenance of RM2,200.00, in which the FET must be completed within 6 months from the date of egg pick up.
