1.    To particpate in the offer, HSBC/HSBC Amanah Cardholders must spend at Senheng/senQ Retail Outlets a minimum of RM3,000 via 12, 24 or 36 months 0% Instalment Plan in a single receipt on any HSBC/HSBC Amanah's credit card/-i to qualify. 

2.    There are a total of five (5) Shopping Spree (“Prizes”) to be given away.

3.   Each HSBC/HSBC Amanah cardholder is eligible to one (1) contest entry (“Contest Entry”) and stand a chance to win one (1) Shopping Spree ("Prize"s) only throughout the Promotion Period

4.    A winner of a Prize is given a 5 minutes shopping spree at the designated Grand Senheng Retail outlet (with restrictions and pre-imposed parameters) ("Shopping Spree").

5.    The date and time of the Shopping Spree will be determined by the Senheng/senQ. It is tentatively scheduled in August/September 2019. Winners must adhere to the final date, time and location set.

6.    The Prize winner is required to attend the designated Grand Senheng/senQ Retail outlet for the Shopping Spree event at his/her own expense to collect the Prize. Failure to attend the Shopping Spree event may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7.    The winners will be contacted by Senheng/senQ via telephone. Should the first attempt to call the winner fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Senheng/senQ reserves the right to select the next qualified participant for example: the replacement winner for the 2,000th qualified entry is the 1,999th qualified entry.

8.   Other Terms & Conditions    a. The Prize is not exchangeable for credit, cash or kind by the Eligible Cardholder.     b. Senheng/senQ reserves the right to vary or substitute the Prize at its sole discretion with 3 days prior notice.     c. HSBC/HSBC Amanah is not the supplier of goods and service(s) and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and service(s) provided. Any disputes on product quality or services by a merchant or retailer should be resolved directly between the Eligible Cardholder and the merchant or retailer of the Prize.    d. Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the Promotion expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise HSBC/HSBC Amanah to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Promotion for the purposes of the Promotion.    e. By participating in the Promotion (i.e. by meeting the eligibility requirements), each participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein. In the event that the participant does not agree to these terms and conditions he/she should not participate in the Promotion and should opt out by informing HSBC/HSBC Amanah of the same.    f. HSBC/HSBC Amanah reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with 3 days prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by HSBC/HSBC Amanah of this Promotion shall not entitle the Eligible Cardholder to any claim or compensation against HSBC/HSBC Amanah for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholder as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.    g. HSBC/HSBC Amanah shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a direct result of HSBC’s/HSBC Amanah’s gross negligence and shall not be liable for any other loss or damage of any kind such as loss of income, profit, goodwill or indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or special loss or damage howsoever arising, whether or not HSBC/HSBC Amanah have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.   h. The Eligible Cardholder shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Promotion.    i. HSBC’s/HSBC Amanah’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding.    j. Senheng/senQ Terms & Conditions apply.
