6. Hair stylist will advise the suitability of the treatment based on the hair condition.

7. Prior reservation is at least one (1) day in advance is required and is subject to availability. Please call Alph Studio at +603-2733 8403 for an appointment.

8. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

9. Each HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Cardholder is entitled to one (1) session of the Premium Salon Hair Treatment only at RM1 with a minimum purchase of RM300 in a single receipt.

10. RM1 Premium Salon Hair Treatment is non-transferable nor exchangeable for other products/treatments/services.
