4. The complimentary exclusive branded eyewear must be the same brand/same item/lesser value from the purchased items.

5. Each HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah cardholder is limited to one (1) complimentary exclusive branded eyewear in a single receipt/per day.

6. The complimentary exclusive branded eyewear is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/ treatments/ services and is subject to availability on a first -come first-served basis.

7. OOPPA reserves the right to replace the complimentary exclusive branded eyewear with any items/services of equivalent value at any time as determined by OOPPA.

8. Offer is valid for all OOPPA outlets.

9. Splitting of receipts is not allowed.
