11. For reissuance of ticket due to change on flight date or time made within 3 days before departure, there will be a charged reissuance fee of USD100 (penalty) per change and together with any applicable airport tax difference.

12. Should passenger not turn up to board the flight on the booked flight departure day, a no-show fee of USD100 and related cancelation and documentation fee will be charged, subject to Holiday Travel & Tours general policies applicable to flight ticket(s).
