1. Touch N Go (TNG) eWallet Top Up with the prescribed MCC 6540 must be made with an HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Credit card/-i issued in Malaysia.

2. Offer is only valid by topping up the TNG eWallet balance with an HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Credit card/-i during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period

1. The Get RM20 TNG eWallet TopUp (“Offer”) is valid every Friday (“Offer Day”) from 1 November 2023 to 31 January 2024.

2. HSBC/HSBC Amanah Cardholders who top-up a minimum amount of RM300 in a single transaction within the Promotion Period to their Touch N Go (TNG) eWallet account will be eligible for a RM20 Cashback, on a first-come first-served basis and is subject to the Monthly CashBack Capping (“Monthly CashBack Units”) of 2,083 Cashback units and Total CashBack Capping (“Total CashBack Units”) of 6,249 Cashback units throughout the Promotion Period.

3. The Cashback will be awarded to the participating HSBC Bank/HSBCAmanah Credit card/-i Cardholder’s account and on a first-come first-served basis.

4. Each cardholder account will be able to earn a total of two (2) cashback units per month and six (6) units throughout the Promotion Period.

5. The spend on both primary and supplementary/ies’ Participating HSBC Credit Card/-i(s) will be taken into account.

6. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards unless otherwise stated.

7. Cashback will be credited to Cardholders’ account within two (2)to four (4) weeks from the end of each month.

8. In the event the Cashback allocated for a specific Promotion Monthhas not been fully given out, the unutilised Cashback will be brought forward to the following Promotion Month.

9. The tracking of the eWallet Top Up spend is based on transaction dates (Malaysian Time) and the time in which the transactions are successfully posted in HSBC’s system throughout the Promotion Period. HSBC will not be held responsible for any late posting.

10. In the event of a tie in transaction time, the TNG account with the higher Top Up amount using the Participating HSBC Credit Card/-i(s) will get the Cashback. In the event of a tie in of Top Up amount, the Eligible Cardholder with the higher ranking card type of Participating HSBC Credit Card/-i will get the last unit of Cash Back

11. (For avoidance of doubt, the Participating HSBC Credit Cards/-i(s) ranking are in the following order: HSBC Premier Travel Credit Card being the highest card type, followed by HSBC Premier World MasterCard Credit Card, HSBC Amanah Premier World MasterCard Credit Card-i, HSBC Advance Visa Platinum Credit Card, HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card, HSBC TravelOne Credit Card, HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card, HSBC Platinum MasterCard Credit Card, HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Credit Card-i and HSBC Amanah MPower Credit Card-i.)

12. HSBC will not entertain any request from any participating HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Credit card/-i cardholder or any other person to fulfil the Cashback to any third party other than the participating HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Credit card/-i cardholder.

13.During the Offer Period and at the time of fulfilment of the Cashback, Participating HSBC Credit Card/-i(s) that are not activated and/or delinquent, closed, and/or invalid/inactive, dormant, suspended or cancelled during the Promotion Period or at the time of fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, will not be eligible to join and/or receive any prizes/rewards under this Promotion.
